中文摘要: 空中交通管制员是空中交通管理复杂系统中最重要的部分,理解和描述管制员的行为动力学是解决评估和预测管制员行为与能力的瓶颈与难点,也是支撑复杂系统建模的关键。本项目旨在通过对管制员行为的研究,探讨人类面临压力时处理复杂任务的行为动力学机制。通过管制员参与的实时仿真实验采集管制员的眼动行为数据,包括眨眼频率、瞳孔直径等,对管制员的眼动行为的内在规律进行研究,揭示管制员获取信息的模式;量化眼动行为与空域行为之间的关系;通过现场采集和分析历史语音记录两种方式获取管制员的通信行为数据,提出将时间序列转换复杂网络的方法,研究管制员语音通信行为的时间和空间的特征,揭示其管制信息输出模式;在认知架构的基础上,建立管制员的信息扩散模型,进行管制员的意图识别研究。本项目在优化航空运输系统运行、复杂系统建模和应用系统开发等方面具有重要应用价值,而且对于深入理解人类行为、扩展人类动力学研究领域具有重要的理论意义。

英文摘要: In spite of the ongoing deployment of the new technologies and operational concepts in the air transportation filed, air traffic controllers are, and continue to be, playing critical roles in the air traffic management system. The inadequate knowledge of the dynamics of controller such as the information diffusion process however limits us to measure and predict controller's behavior correctly. The aim of this project is to explore the mechanisms underlying controller's behavior through the analysis of radar controller's eye movement activities and voice communication activities. The human-in-the-loop experiments are set up for the collection of controller's eyes movement data, following with a series of data mining approaches to uncover the instinct patterns of eye movements. The patterns of eye movements will further reveal controller's information acquire mechanisms. Based on "on-site" collection and voice recognition on the air-ground communication data records, controller's communication behavior data are obtained. The methods that transfer time series data into complex networks are proposed. By analyzing network properties and network dynamics, the temporal-spatial characteristics of controller's communication are captured.
