中文摘要: 本项目在三年中取得重要成果和进展:在投入产出理论上提出了新的考虑多年时滞的动态人力资本投入占用产出模型、提出了新的主系数非线性投入占用产出技术、研究和提出了新颖的反映加工贸易的非竞争进口型投入占用产出模型以及有关计算方法、研究和提出了新的扩展的非竞争型能源投入占用产出模型;利用投入占用产出技术在水利科学发展方面开辟了一个新的研究方向"水利投入占用产出技术及其应用",获得水利部门好评,并获国家科学技术进步奖二等奖。在实际应用方面把投入占用产出技术应用于全国粮食产量预测、对外贸易、能源研究和教育等领域。由于预报粮食产量丰、平、歉方向正确,提前期长和预测精度高,三年中得到中央多位领导,如温家宝、回良玉、李克強、刘延东等11次以上好评及批示。本项目及基金委前期资助项目在三年中获得六项重要奖励,即2011年国家科学技术进步奖二等奖、2010年水利部"大禹水利科学技术奖"一等奖、十三届孙冶方经济科学奖、张培刚发展经济学优秀成果奖、北京市科学技术进步奖一等奖和关肇直青年研究奖等。

英文摘要: This project got important progress in theory of input-output analysis and its application. In theory the project proposed new type of dynamic input-occupancy- ouput model with multi-years time lag of human capital; proposed nonlinear input-occupancy-output approach of important coefficients;proposed extended non-competitive input-occupancy-output model that captures processing trade; and proposed extended non-competitive energy input-occupancy-ouput model.We created a new direction of water conservancy-using input-occupancy-ouput technique in water conservancy field,on which Ministry of Water of China gave nice evaluation, and won second prize of national science and technology progress award. In applications we use input-occupancy-output technique in grain output prediction,foreign trade, energy,education, etc. Because the leading time of the prediction is half year and prediction accurancy is high, the top leaders of China, for example,Wen Jiadao, Hui Liangyu, Li Kejiang, Liu Yandong etc. gave nice evaluation to the research about 11 times in 3 years. We got 6 prizes in 3 years,including second prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award of 2011,first prize of Dayu Award of Water Conservancy Science and Technology of 2010, 13th Sun Ye Fong Economic Science Award, 2th Zhang Pei Gang Development Economics Award,Beijing Science and Technology Progress Award,Guan Zhao Zhi Research Award for Young Scholar,etc.
