中文摘要: 研究可自适应膨胀防砂筛管的膨胀变形特性及其防砂机理,开发相应的计算机仿真软件;建立筛管膨胀过程、被挡砂堆积及渗流特性变化过程的物理数学模型;研究可膨胀复合防砂筛网的孔径、重叠系数,内支撑割缝管的缝宽、缝长、缝的断面结构尺寸,以及充填砾石的粒径等对防砂工艺效果和渗流率的影响规律关系;研究原油携砂粒径及其分布范围,以及含砂原油的粘度和流速等对防砂工艺效果和渗流率的影响规律关系;开展可自适应膨胀防砂筛管的设计与制造技术基础的研究工作。本项目的独特之处在于提出了膨、固结合,刚柔相济的可膨胀筛管新设计方法,依此所设计的可自适应膨胀筛管可在井眼极不规则的油井中实现整个膨胀段的"零间隙"和膨胀压力均一。本项目的研究成果已在国内外刊物和学术会议上发表学术论文24篇,其中被SCI收录8篇,被EI收录17篇,ISTP收录2篇;申请国家发明专利7项,其中已授权3项;获中国石油和化学工业联合会技术发明一等奖1项、中华人民共和国教育部科技进步二等奖1项。本项目的研究成果为解决困扰疏松砂岩油藏开采的防砂难题提供可靠的技术与理论支持。

英文摘要: The sand control mechanisms and expandable characteristics of adaptive expandable sand screen (AESS) are researched. The computer simulation software of the AESS is developed. The physical and mathematic models of the expandable process, the controlled sand deposit and percolation behavior of the AESS are established. The effects of aperture of the expandable compound sand control mesh, slot length, slot width, and size of slot cross section of the inner support slotted screen liner, diameter of gravel pack on the sand controll effect and permeability are researched. The effects of diameter and size distribution of sand carried by crude oil, viscosity and flow velocity of crude oil containing sand on sand controll effect and permeability are studied. The technical basis of design and manufacture of the AESS is researched. An advantage of the item lies in the fact that a new desige idea of the AESS with the method of combined expansion and fixation, combined rigidity and flexibility is proposed. The AESS designed with the new desige idea can fully expand to well wall in irregular wellbore and show uniform expandable pressure. Twenty-four papers have been published at home and abroad journal and academic meeting, eight papers have been cited by SCI, seventeen papers have been cited by EI, two papers have been cited by ISTP. This project has applied for seven inventive patents, three inventive patents have been licensed by State Intellectual Property Office of the People's Republic of China. The Scientific research achievements of this project have been respectively awarded first-class invention award of China Petroluem and Chemical Industry Federation, second-class technological progress of Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China. The achievement of the project can provide reliable technique and theory support to solve the problem of sand controll for unconsolidated sand reservoir production.
