中文摘要: 本项目旨在发展具有开放式层次孔道结构石墨烯薄膜的自组装及结构调控方法,以柔性薄膜为电极,可控构建高性能的柔性薄膜锂硫电池。主要研究内容是利用氧化石墨烯薄膜干燥过程中,水分脱除对片层的牵动作用作为调控片层取向的驱动力,调整氧化石墨烯薄膜微观织构,可控组装具有开放式多层次孔道结构的氧化石墨烯薄膜;发展无损的氧化石墨烯薄膜还原方法,调控氧化石墨烯及还原得到的石墨烯薄膜的导电性和吸附能力;研究基于开放层次结构薄膜的柔性锂硫电池电极材料的制备方法、条件,有效调控薄膜的电化学性能;研究柔性薄膜锂硫电池的组装工艺,提高柔性薄膜锂硫电池性能。本项目的实施将为石墨烯薄膜中的片层微观织构调控提供思路,提出基于开放式层次孔道结构石墨烯薄膜的柔性锂硫电池组装工艺,对基于石墨烯的功能导向材料设计和可控组装具有重要理论指导意义和实际应用价值。

英文摘要: The purposes of this project are to develop a method for the controllable assembly of graphene membrane with open and tunable hierarchical structure and obtain a flexible Li-S battery device by optimizing the hybrid membrane and fabrication process. The microstructure controllability and the mechanical properties of the membrane self-assembled on the liquid/air interface will be firstly investigated by using the force generated from the water removing; the project will investigate the conductivity and adsorption ability of the graphene membrane based on developing un-destroyable reduction method. Then, the preparation, including the compositing method, sulfur fraction and so on, and electrochemical performance of the flexible electrode as the cathode of the Li-S battery will be investigated. Finally, the fabrication technique of the flexible Li-S battery based on the membrane electrode will be explored and the device performance will be optimized. This project will provide a microstructure controlling route for graphene-based membrane, and develop a new flexible Li-S battery fabrication technique based on the membrane with open and hierarchical structure.
