中文摘要: 针对高速高精度大型数控机床,开展了基于无传感器原理的数控机床状态和性能评估理论的研究。提出了机床状态信息的获取与处理方法;研究了机床状态信息与精度、故障之间的关系,在此基础上揭示了机床性能退化、故障发生、发展以及设备服役性能演化规律,实现了机床性能评估、工作状态监测与故障的诊断;对伺服进给轴位移、速度、加速度等相关伺服控制参数与圆度误差等机床轮廓动态误差的关联关系进行了研究,提出了多轴联动数控机床动态误差的分离与溯源方法,开发了数控机床动态性能检测与分析系统,为高速高精度多轴联动数控机床的动态误差分析、补偿与调整提供理论与技术支持。

英文摘要: The theory about the evaluation of dynamic state and performance of Numerical Control machine tools based on built-in sensors measurement has been carried out for high-speed high precision large scale machine tools. The approaches for acquiring and handling the machine tool status information were proposed. The relationships between the status information and the precision and faults were studied, and the performance degradation, faults occurrence and development, and the device service performance evolution law were revealed, so the performance estimation, work status monitoring and fault diagnosis of machine tools can be realized. The relation of relative servo control parameters, such as displacement, speed and acceleration of the feed axis with the dynamic contour errors, such as circle error, corner error, etc.,were also studied, and the approaches of error separation and tracing for multi-axis machine tools were proposed,the measurement and analysis system of dynamic characteristics for NC machine tools has been developed, which provides the theory and technical support for the dynamic error analysis, compensation and adjustment of high speed high precision multi-axis NC machine tools.
