中文摘要: 十字花科蔬菜沙芥,是中国特有种和沙芥属的模式种,主要分布于蒙古高原的毛乌素沙地、腾格里沙漠等地区。沙芥是一种集菜用、药用、饲用为一体的多功能沙生植物,该课题以沙芥幼苗为材料,在土壤干旱的条件下,通过叶片和根系水分代谢生理指标的测定研究沙芥幼苗水分代谢的生理机制。利用新兴的高通量Solexa测序技术,对干旱胁迫条件下沙芥幼苗的基因表达谱进行研究,筛选出差异表达基因,应用生物信息学方法对其进行功能分析和功能预测,探明沙芥幼苗对干旱胁迫响应的分子机制。该课题研究不仅填补了沙芥属植物的研究空白,而且为进一步开展植物抗旱基因工程研究,培育抗旱的植物新品种奠定了基础。该课题研究不仅有重要的理论意义,且有重大的生态意义及广阔的应用前景。

英文摘要: Pugionium cornutum(L.)Gaertn belong to Cruciferae vegetable,it is chinese endemic species and type species of Pugionium,mainly distributed in the duneland of Maowusu,the desert of Tenggeli in mongolian plateau,Pugionium cornutum(L.) Gaertn is a multifunction sand plant used as vegetable,medicine and feed.The project will use Pugionium cornutum(L.) Gaertn seedling as material,study water metabolism of root and leaf under soil drought stress.At the same time,the project will study mRNA expression Profile of leaf and root in Pugionium cornutum(L.) Gaertn seedling using high-throughpput Illumina sequeneing technology under soil drought stress,screen differentially expressed genes,analyze sequeneing results with informaties to forecast gene function,the study aim at revealing responding molecular mechanism of plant to drought stress.The project will fill blank of Pugionium cornutum(L.) Gaertn study field and supply stress gene for plant breeding of drought resistance.
