中文摘要: 宁夏枸杞是宁夏的优势特色支柱产业。其种内广泛存在的"自交不亲和性"导致的近年来选育的许多新品种因"生产环节多且不易实现稳产、丰产"而最终退出生产,选育自交亲和品种成为解决这一问题的关键因素。本研究以雄性决定因子正常,雌性决定因子"自交亲和"的突变个体宁杞1号为核心试材,以自交、杂交后代群体的"自交亲和性状"分离比例调查为手段,研究该自交亲和性状的遗传规律;以花粉管萌发的荧光显微学观察为细胞学手段,诠释其自交亲和的细胞学特征;使用Miller对枸杞属S-RNase序列进行多态性分析时使用的特异性引物,以期构建适宜于宁夏枸杞自交亲和性鉴定的技术方法,探寻宁杞1号自交亲和的分子机制。本研究对创制"自交亲和性种质"、开展以"自交亲和"为特色的宁夏枸杞丰产、高效育种具有重要的指导意义。

英文摘要: Ningxia wolfberry is the pillar industries of the advancedcharacteristics of Ningxia. Their widespread "self-incompatibility" leads too many varieties of production processes, not easy to achieve stable, high yield and loss of use value. Breeding self-compatible species to become a key factor to solve this problem. In this study, normal male decision factor, the female determinant of self-compatibility and mutation on the individual Ningqi1 as the core of the tested material, self-offspring groups self-affinity-like investigation of the segregation ratio as a means study the self-affinity shaped the genetic rule;pollen tube germination, fluorescence microscopy observations of the cytological means, the interpretation of the self-compatible and cytological features; The case of S-RNase sequence polymorphisms the specific primers used in the analysis by Miller, in order to build suitable for the Ningxia wolfberry to pay affinity identification techniques, to explore the molecular mechanism of pay and Ningqi 1. This study create"self-affinity germplasm", to carry out self-compatible and features of the Ningxia wolfberry yield, efficient breeding of important guiding significance.
