中文摘要: 生物质是未来石油资源最具前景的替代物之一,但目前生物质的转化和利用技术尚有待改进。本项目针对生物质转化和利用过程中存在的效率低和高价值产品收率低的问题,提出了基于组分分离的生物质炼制新思路。通过离子液体/溶剂/水体系的设计,利用体系的强氢键和溶剂效应,将生物质三大组分高效分离,获得高纯度的产物(如纤维素),木质素降解后转化为芳基化合物,溶解于离子液体体系的产物转化为固体燃料并与离子液体/溶剂分离,离子液体/溶剂被回收并循环使用。主要研究内容包括:设计新型离子液体/溶剂/水体系;探索该体系中生物质组分分离的规律;研究生物质组分在该体系中高值化利用的途径和机理;研究离子液体/溶剂/水体系高效回收循环使用的方法和工艺条件。通过实验与机理的深入研究,建立基于组分分离的生物质分离与高值化利用新方法,为我国生物质转化技术的开发提供理论和技术指导。

英文摘要: Biomass is the most promising alternative of the fossil energy resources, but the current biomass refining technology is not so perfect. In this study a new way of biomass refining that based on ionic liquid/solvent/water is designed. Ionic liquids with strong hydrogen bonds are used to separate lignocellulose biomass, with the achievements of the different compounds of lignocellulose biomass, such as cellulose, lignin and sugars, with high purities. According to the high soluble ability of cellulose, lignin and sugars in ionic liquid, some methods are found to convert them in ionic liquid to high-value products. For example, sugars are converted to high value slid fuel, carbon, via hydrothermal conversion. After the separation of products, ionic liquid/solvent is recovered. This way of biomass refining guarantees the simplification of the separation and conversion of biomass, and the low energy-cost, the low pollution, and the high efficiency. The contents of this study include: the design of the mixture of ionic liquids and other solvents for the optimization of biomass separation; the conversion of biomass compounds in ionic liquid for high-value using; the recycling of ionic liquid. The experiments and mechanism research of this way will support the high-efficiency using of the biomass energy for our country with theories and technologies.
