中文摘要: 微网电能质量的高渗透率、独特的潮流控制特征、频繁的电压波动问题、复杂多变的运行模式和控制策略使微网的电能质量问题比传统电网的电能质量问题严重得多。微网容量不大,安装多种电能质量控制器不经济,亟需一种高性能集成柔性电能质量控制装置来为微网的安全稳定运行保驾护航。很多电能质量控制器可以采用可调电抗器来实现,或者工作在可调电抗器的特殊状态,为了适应微网的要求使可调电抗器有利于集成更多功能,本项目对基于磁通可控的可调电抗器进行扩展,提出三种新型可调电抗器的控制方式,构建新型可调电抗器的统一原理和数学模型。在此基础上根据微网电能质量的特点,结合可调电抗器的多种对偶工作状态和复合控制策略,提出微网集成柔性电能质量控制器的新概念,设计了四种集成思路和一种基于并网配电变压器第三绕组的实现方法。该集成柔性电能质量控制器具有针对性、集成性、多功能、高性能和易用性等特点,可望成为微网广泛使用的即插即用标准配置。

英文摘要: The power quality problem in microgrid is much more serious than the traditional grid because of the typical characteristics of microgrid power quality of the high penetration of power quality, unique power flow control, frequent voltage fluctuation and complicated operating mode and control strategy. The microgrid capacity is comparatively small and it is not cost effective to install various types of power quality controller. It is in urgent need of integrated flexible power quality controller escorting a high performance for microgrid operation. Many power quality controllers include the adjustable reactor, or work in the special status of adjustable reactor. In order to meet the requirements of microgrid and make adjustable reactor to easily integrate more functions, the adjustable reactor based on magnetic flux controllable is developed and three kinds of new type reactor control strategies are proposed in the project.The Unified principle and mathematical model of the novel adjustable reactor will be derived. On this basis, in the light of the characteristics of microgrid power quality, the microgrid integrated flexible power quality controller is proposed by combining the the various dual operating state of the novel reactor hybrid control strategy.The four kinds of preliminary integration methods and a realization method based on the third winding of distribution transformer are designed. The integrated flexible power quality controller is targeted, integrated, multifunctional, with flexible access, which is expected to become a plug-and-play standard configuration unit widely used in microgrid.
