中文摘要: 针对当前精密作动技术领域的应用需求,研究一种大行程、高分辨率的直线型超声电机及其驱动的精密运动平台系统:首先,建立多场耦合下直线型超声电机系统的非线性动力学模型,对电机系统在超声激励下不同特征的动力学行为与输出性能之间的关系进行分析。在此基础上,指导该种电机的动力学优化设计和整机拓扑优化设计;其次,研究直线型超声电机系统的瞬态非线性动力学行为,建立系统微步距输出控制机制;再次,对保证高可控性、高分辨率和高运动精度的直线型超声电机系统的驱动技术、检测方法和控制策略进行研究;最后,针对直线型超声电机驱动特点,研究该种电机驱动的多自由度运动平台的结构设计和集成方法,并制作出精密运动平台系统样机。理论与试验研究相结合,从中总结、提炼出直线型超声电机及其驱动的精密运动平台的设计理论和方法。

英文摘要: In allusion to current application requirements in precision actuation field, a long stroke ,high resolution linear ultrasonic motor and the precision positioning system driven by it are studied.Firstly,a nolinear dynamics model of linear ultrasonic motor in multi-fields is established to study the relationship between the different characteristic dynamical behaviors and the output performances of the linear ultrasonic motors on the condition of the ultrasonic excitation. Furthermore,the dynamic optimal design and the whole topology optimization design of the linear ultrasonic motor are carried out.Secondly,the transient nonlinear dynamic behaviors of linear ultrasonic motors are analyzed and thus to obtain a micro-step control mechanism of them.Thirdly,the driving technology, detection technology and control strategies are studied to ensure the high controllability, high resolution and high positioning accuracy of the linear ultrasonic motors.Finally,in response to the features of linear ultrasonic motors,the structural design and integration methods of the multi-DOF positioning table driven by them are studied.Combining theoretical analysis and experiment,the design theory and methodology of linear ultrasonic motors and the precision positioning system driven by them are summarized.
