中文摘要: 帘线-橡胶复合材料有着广泛而重要的应用,其力学特性的研究已成为热点,但强温变高荷载下帘线-橡胶复合材料力学特性的研究仍有待于进一步深入。申请者在前期研究中提出了基于恒温假设的帘线拉伸模量修正理论,建立了帘线-橡胶复合材料力学特性修正理论模型,但在强温变高荷载下帘线与橡胶受热变化存在较大差异,使帘线-橡胶复合材料力学特性的研究需要考虑更多因素。本课题拟开展帘线-橡胶复合材料的强温变实验研究,建立橡胶热超弹性模型与帘线热修正本构模型,分析复合材料受热软化与热传导过程,揭示复合材料内部力学变化机理。建立帘线-橡胶复合材料强力热耦合理论模型,研究非均匀温度场中复合材料薄壁球壳的受压变形不稳定问题,揭示球壳内部应力产生机理与变化规律,深化对强温变高荷载下帘线-橡胶复合材料力学特性的认识,该研究对橡胶复合材料研究理论与实验技术发展有重要意义。

英文摘要: The application of the cord-rubber composite material is very extensive and important, and researchers are focused on its mechanical properties, especially under the coupling of strong temperature variation and high load. In our previous study, we proposed a correction theory of cord tensile modulus based on the constant temperature assumption and established the correction theory model of the cord-rubber composite material. However, there were large differences between cords and rubber under the strong temperature variation and high load. So more factors need to be considered when researching the mechanical properties of cord-rubber composite. This project is focused on the cord-rubber composite under rapid temperature changes. We will firstly establish the thermo-hyperelastic model of rubber and the thermal correction constitutive model of cord; analyze the thermal softening and heat conduction of the composite; reveal the mechanism of its internal mechanics changes.
