中文摘要: 辐射加工作为核技术的一个重要应用,已经产生了巨大的经济效益。采用绝缘芯变压器型高压电源的电子加速器是1MeV以下能区辐射加工应用的一种理想机型,其高压电源的传统方案采用硅钢片叠制磁芯,工作在工频,正弦波励磁,对称二倍压整流,三相柱形调压器控制高压输出。而目前电力电子、电工材料、高压等领域的快速发展,使得将新技术和新设计引入绝缘芯变压器型高压电源成为可能:采用铁氧体材料加工磁芯,工作在数千赫兹频率下,方波励磁,全桥整流,半导体开关控制的高频PWM波整流器取代笨重的柱形调压器,相比传统方案能够有效提高能量传输效率,减小电源体积,降低对整流电容的要求,实现输出高压快速精确的控制,工作稳定,易于维护。本研究将针对绝缘铁氧体磁芯变压器型高压电源关键技术,开展理论研究和物理设计,对电磁场分布进行计算和优化,完成基本参数设计,开展假原方工作原理以及其励磁电流控制方法的研究,形成一套较为完整的设计方案。

英文摘要: As an important application of nuclear technology, radiation processing has obtained significant economic benefit. Insulating core transformer (ICT) electron accelerator is an ideal model for the radiation processing at energy below 1 MeV. The traditional scheme of high-voltage power generation applies silicon steel sheet stacked magnetic core, working at frequency of 50Hz, with sine-wave excitation, symmetrical double voltage rectifier, and three-phase cylindrical regulator controlled high-voltage output. At present, the rapid developments of the fields of power electronics, electrical materials and high-voltage technology make it possible to adopt new technologies and designs in insulating core transformer high-voltage power generation: ferrite materials are applied in processing cores, working at the frequency of thousands hertz, with square-wave excitation, full-bridge rectifier, and semi-conductor switch controlled high frequency PWM rectifier instead of the bulky cylindrical regulator. Compared to the traditional scheme, this scheme can effectively improve the efficiency of energy transfer, reduce the volume of power generation,lower the requirement of rectified capacitance and finally achieve fast and precise control of the high-voltage output.
