中文摘要: 随着人口老龄化的增加,帕金森病发病率上升,愈来愈威胁老年人口的生命健康。立体定向外科治疗对该病有很好的疗效。但如何精确定位手术靶点,是手术成功的关键。本课题采用Nissl 染色和钙结合蛋白的免疫染色法在成人尸体脑基底节区组织切片上显示神经元,根据细胞构筑不同,分割神经核团,然后三维重建建立帕金森病手术相关靶点三维数字化图谱。而且通过变形该图谱可与病人的MRI图像匹配,从而指导帕金森病的立体定向手术治疗。该图谱的构建,为帕金森病立体定向手术治疗精确定位提供保障,为人脑功能研究提供新的方法和手段。为功能神经外科、脑内导航手术及相关神经精神性疾病的研究奠定形态学基础。

英文摘要: With population aging,the incidence of Parkinson's disease increases , which threatens old people's health. And the treatment of stereotactic neurosurgery has good effect for the disease. But how to precisely localize the target of the operation, which is the critical prerequisite condition for success. We plan to construct a histological atlas of human basal ganglia with Nissl-stained and immunostained for the calcium binding protein calbindin. The histologic sections will be taken microphotograph. Then the contours of the basal ganglia will be traced and a three-dimensional atlas for surgical target of Parkinson's disease will be constructed.The atlas MRI will be used for its deformation to provide accruate conformation to the MRI of living patients,thus adding information at the histological level to the patient's MRI volume. The three-dimensional atlas of the human basal ganglia which has a histoligical degree of anatomical definition and which comprises MRI data of the same specimen will provide precise localization for stereotactic neurosurgical treatment of Parkinson's disease and provide a new method for functional study of human brain. It also helpful to provide morphological data for studying the psychiosis correlated with basal ganglia and the navigation in the functional neurosurgery.
