中文摘要: 本项目以航天用电磁阀、自锁阀等精密电子束焊接件焊缝的工业CT检测为应用背景,从检测实践中暴露出的小缺陷定量检测中的放大效应等基础问题出发,以现有的工业X射线CT检测设备为基础,针对小缺陷的识别问题、小缺陷的测量方法问题、小缺陷测量结果的不确定度分析等科学问题展开研究,结合理论分析和试验研究,揭示噪声对小缺陷图像的影响规律,建立小缺陷图像识别与统计测量模型,完成相关算法及软件编程,进行测量结果的不确定度分析和对比验证,最终建立一种针对性强、应用效果明显的小缺陷工业CT图像识别与测量方法,提高检测结果的准确性,减小误判率。

英文摘要: This project is based on the application of industrial CT testing in aerospace precise electron beam weld of solenoid valves、self-locking valves,and the problem of amplification effect on small defect detection. this project is relying on the existing industrial X-ray CT detection equipment,this project is aimed at resolving identification problem for small defects under the noise, researching the measurement methods of small defect, and analyzing the uncertainty of test result.This project combined with theoretical analysis and experimental research to reveal the influence rule of the noise on the small defects of the CT image, and established the statistical measurement models of recognition and the measurement of small defects. As the algorithms and software programming is completed, the uncertainty and verification of test result is analyzed. eventually we established a targeted application of small defects obvious effect of industrial CT image recognition and measurement methods to improve the accuracy of test results, reducing the false positive rate. This project research engineering applications closely, and aim to improve the accuracy of small welding defects of industrial CT quantitative nondestructive testing.
