中文摘要: 近年来,脑网络组的研究蓬勃开展,而EEG较高的时间分辨率和较少的实验设计约束,使得利用EEG数据构建和分析脑网络成为主要研究方向之一,也为抑郁症早期诊断和预后疗效评价提供了新的视角。本项目将采集脑电数据,研究节点、边对网络拓扑结构的影响以及连接的最佳度量算法,构建EEG功能脑网络;研究功能脑网络综合评价体系,实现最优功能脑网络模型的筛选;利用复杂网络理论技术,深入挖掘功能脑网络属性表征,最大化脑疾病状态下拓扑属性组间特征差异;对比分析EEG和fMRI功能脑网络的关联性,揭示脑区之间复杂的非线性依赖关系,有效整合EEG的高时间和fMRI的高空间分辨率,提取抑郁症对功能脑网络影响的关键特征指标;利用机器学习算法,建立抑郁症分类模型,为临床诊断提供依据。本项目是计算机科学、信息科学、神经科学和临床医学等多学科综合交叉,是国际前沿基础科学问题和国家重大需求,具有重要的理论意义和应用价值。

英文摘要: In recent years, the study on brain connectome has flourished. EEG has high temporal resolution and low experimental design constraints, which make the use of its data to build and analyse brain network become one of the main research topic, and subsequently, offer a new perspective for the early diagnosis, prognosis, and therapeutic effect evaluation in depression. This project will collect EEG data, research the effects of the nodes and edges on network topology and the optimistic measure algorithm of connection, construct functional brain network based on the data from EEG; study of comprehensive evaluation system for Functional Brain Network, realize the screening for optimistic functional brain network model; using the complex network theory and technique, digging out the Functional Brain Network measures, make the difference of topology measures between groups maximized; through the contrastive analysis of the relationship in time scale between EEG and fMRI functional brain network, reveal the complex nonlinear dependency relationship among brain regions, high temporal resolution of EEG and high spatial resolution of fMRI will be integrated efficiently, extract the key Functional Brain Network measures of the depression; build the classification model of depression by using machine learning, provide the basis for clinical diagnosis. This project is a comprehensive subject including computer science, information science, neural science and clinical medicine, is an advancing scientific issue of the world and the great need of the country with important academic meaning and applying value.
