中文摘要: 本项目根据超疏水纺织品的研究现状和辐射接枝技术的发展,拟采用将疏水纳米颗粒(聚乙烯和交联聚乙烯等有机高分子纳米微球,及表面用含双键硅烷偶联剂修饰的二氧化钛无机纳米颗粒)与低表面能的丙烯酸酯类单体(含氟丙烯酸酯和甲基丙烯酸十二烷基酯)通过共辐射接枝的方法与棉布表面形成共价键结合,研究纳米颗粒的尺寸及含量对最终接触角和滚动角的影响。最终实现所制备的功能棉布具有超疏水(>150度)、小滚动角(<10度)且具有耐久性(干洗和熨烫后仍保持低滚动角超疏水)的特点。为具有使用价值的耐久性动态超疏水棉布的制备提供了一个可行的解决方案。

英文摘要: Based on the state-of-art of the superhydrophobic fabric research and the development of the radiation induced graft polymerization, a reseach program is drawn by co-graft polymerization of the low surface tension nano-particles such as polystyrene and crosslinked polystyrene and TiO2 modifed with silane containing vinyl bonds, together with fluorinated acrylate or lauryl methacrylate, onto the cotton fabric. The convalent bonds formation between the cotton fabric and the low surface tension monomers and nano-particles will lead to the superhydrophobic surface with small sliding angle less then 10 degree, which is also sustainable under the dry laundering test and ironing treatment. The success in the program will result in the development of a promising technical resolution for the preparation of the excellent dynamic superhydrophobic cotton fabrics.
