中文摘要: 项目利用MODIS与ASAR数据协同反演了鄱阳湖流域双季稻关键物候期和物候特征,对于估算植被初级生产力、作物估产、粮食预警与安全有着重要的意义。(1)采用Savitzky-Golay滤波法和小波滤波法重构了MODIS时间序列植被指数曲线EVI,结合农业气象站点观测数据构建了双季稻关键物候期(移栽、分蘖、抽穗和成熟)提取算法。利用该算法完成了鄱阳湖流域2006-2008年及2010年水稻关键物候期制图。(2)2010年在江西省南昌县开展地面观测实验,获取了双季稻生长期的生物物理参数(植株高度、叶面积、冠层水分状况和生物量、叶绿素含量等)。构建了多时相比值极化指数TRPI和多时相归一化极化指数TNDPI。分析抽穗期/分蘖期和灌浆期/分蘖期多时相极化指数与水稻物候特征的关系,结果表明多时相极化指数可以反演出水稻抽穗期和灌浆期的单株水稻地上部分湿重、生物量、含水量和株高,反演结果明显比单时相影像好。(3)通过地面实验观测数据验证表明,MODIS时间序列EVI可以准确反演水稻关键物候期,多时相ASAR极化指数能够反演出水稻物候特征。因此结合这两种数据可以协同反演出水稻在关键物候期的物候特征参数。

英文摘要: The extraction of phenological parameters at large scale is crucial for estimation of NPP, crop yield prediction, crop early warning and security. This project explored the synergy retrieval of key phenological parameters of double cropping paddy rice using MODIS and ASAR data. (1) Reconstruction of MODIS EVI time series data using Savitzky-Golay algorithm and wavelet filtering methods. Development of methods for extracting key phenological parameters of double cropping paddy rice(transplanting, tillering, heading, and harvesting). The key phenological parameters of 2006-2008 and 2010 are extracted and the phenological mapping is implemented over Poyang Lake basin. (2) Field measurement was conducted in Nanchang county, Jiangxi province in 2010. Biophysics parameters (Plant height, leaf area, water content, biomass, chlorophyll) of double cropping paddy rice were acquired. We proposed the Temporal Ratio Polarization index (TRPI) and Temporal Normalized Difference Polarization index (TNDPI). The relationship between multi-temporal polarization index and paddy phenology were analyzed, the results indicate that the multi-temporal polarization index can be efficiently applied in retrieval of weight, biomass, water content, plant height of paddy rice at heading and filling time, and the utilization of multi-temporal data can improve the accuracy. (3) The validation of phenological parameters extraction was carried out using field measurement. It indicates that the MODIS time series and multi-temporal ASAR polarization index were accurately used in retrieval of key phenological date and phenological features. In summary, the synergy utilization of MODIS and ASAR can be used in retrieval of key phenological parameters of paddy rice.
