中文摘要: 精神分裂症(Sz)是一类负担沉重且又"疾"重难返的疾病,早发现、早干预是其防治的关键。前驱期是精神分裂症发病前的一段特殊时期,可通过标准化临床评估工具(SIPS/SOPS)进行识别。我国目前对Sz前驱期的诊断即无规范,亦无评估工具。本项研究在前期已完成的SIPS/SOPS访谈工具汉化、本土化及信效度研究的基础上,探索Sz前驱期人群的社会认知特征,并从神经电生理EEG/ERP信号和fMRI-BOLD信号两方面去寻找:社会知觉任务下Sz前驱期人群的皮质和皮质下核团功能障碍定位以及相关脑区神经活动的时序模式。通过fMRI信号来对异常活动核团进行定位,并借助EEG信号对皮层神经核团异常活动的时序进行关联,试图概括异常社会知觉活动的神经功能网络特征。通过对前驱期症状和认知功能的前瞻性随访,进一步验证Sz认知功能衰退的模式(社会认知是最早的原发损害的假设),它们不仅可能是Sz的早期识别指标,也极有可能

英文摘要: Schizophrenia (Sz) is a catastrophic mental disorder, affecting about 1% of the world population lifetime. It is especially traumatic for affected individuals and their families because the peak onset of psychosis in Sz occurs between 18-30 years of age. Studies rank it as one of the most burdensome of all illnesses because it begins at a young age and its course is often chronic. In previous work, which has published the largest study world-wide on the rates of transition to psychosis after identification of a clinical high risk state using measures such as SIPS/SOPS. However, it is still blank to identify this stage of Sz in Chinese clinical routine. The current proposal seeks to evaluate the available research resources and needs to conduct prodromal/CHR studies in China, translated a widely used prodromal diagnostic research instrument (SIPS/SIPS). Early detection and prospective evaluation of individuals who will develop Sz are critical to efforts to isolate mechanisms underlying psychosis onset and to the testing of preventive interventions. Thus, our goal is to identify social cognition features of conversion to psychosis in high risk individuals. The cognition tests battery mainly focused on social cognition.
