中文摘要: 检测和监控氢气的含量是氢气安全使用的重要环节,因此,研究和开发高灵敏、高响应的氢敏传感器显得尤为重要。本项目针对目前氢传感器灵敏度、响应度普遍偏低的问题,提出了一种新型的基于裂结敏感机理的Pd纳米点/TiO2纳米管复合结构氢传感器。项目从准隔离Pd纳米点和TiO2纳米管的氢敏机理及其响应动力学入手,建立Pd纳米点/TiO2纳米管复合结构的氢敏机理及其响应动力学模型。从TiO2纳米管、Pd纳米点的结构与性能的关系入手,通过TiO2纳米管的设计与制备、准隔离Pd纳米点的设计与制备、器件结构设计与制备,在Pd纳米点/TiO2纳米管复合结构的有效调控和关键技术方面取得突破。在此基础上,建立Pd纳米点/TiO2纳米管复合结构氢传感器的氢敏响应动力学理论体系,研制出Pd纳米点/TiO2纳米管复合结构氢传感器原型器件,为制备Pd纳米点/TiO2纳米管复合结构氢传感器奠定理论基础和技术基础。

英文摘要: In the safe use of hydrogen, it's an important link to detect and monitor the hydrogen concentration. Therefore, it's a very important task to develop the hydrogen sensor with high sensitivity and high response. Aiming to the generally low sensitivity and response of the current hydrogen sensor, this project presents a novel Pb nanoparticles / TiO2 nanotubes composite structural hydrogen sensor correlated with the break junction sensitivity mechanism. In this project, the hydrogen sensing mechanism and dynamic response model of the Pb nanoparticles / TiO2 nanotubes composite structure will be established, on the basis of the hydrogen sensing mechanism and response dynamics of the quasi isolated Pd nanoparticles and TiO2 nanotubes. On the basis of the relationship between structure and properties of TiO2 nanotubes and Pd nanoparticles, through the design and preparation of TiO2 nanotubes, quasi isolated Pd nanoparticles, and device structure, achieving a breakthrough in the effective control of the Pb nanoparticles / TiO2 nanotubes composite structure and the key technologies. On the basis of the above work, the Pb nanoparticles / TiO2 nanotubes composite structural hydrogen sensor hydrogen sensitive response dynamics theory will be established, and the hydrogen sensor prototype devices will be developed. These work will lay the theoretical and technical foundation for the preparation of Pb nanoparticles / TiO2 nanotubes composite structural hydrogen sensor.
