中文摘要: 为了充分发挥二氧化硅陶瓷优异的介电性能,克服其抗雨蚀性能、力学性能较差的缺点,本项目结合氮化硼纳米管的性能特点,烧结制备氮化硼纳米管/二氧化硅复合材料,探讨氮化硼纳米管的加入、分散、烧结工艺等对复合材料力学与介电性能的影响,实现低介电高强度氮化硼纳米管/ 二氧化硅复合材料的可控制备。通过分析在不同测试频率下材料的介电常数和介电损耗值,深入探讨氮化硼纳米管/二氧化硅复合材料在不同频段的介电损耗方式,研究氮化硼纳米管的加入对二氧化硅陶瓷介电损耗方式的影响,并利用XRD、TEM、HRTEM、F-SEM等技术观察分析材料的相组成与内部结构,深入研究界面结构、结合形式及其稳定性,阐明氮化硼纳米管与二氧化硅复合陶瓷性能之间的内在联系,建立氮化硼纳米管对二氧化硅基体补强增韧及介电性能影响的理论模型,揭示氮化硼纳米管对二氧化硅复合材料的作用机理,具有重要的理论和应用价值。

英文摘要: In order to inherit the superior dielectric properties of SiO2 ceramic adequately, and to overcome the drawbacks of its poor mechanical and rain erosion properties, combined with the characteristics of Boron nitride nanotubes (BNNTs) they are introduced to fabricate BNNTs/SiO2 composites in the project. The purpose of the project is to investigate the influence of many factors, such as, addition amount, dispersion and sintering technology, on mechanical and dielectric properties of composites, and finally to achieve the controllable fabrication of BNNTs/SiO2 composites possessing low dielectric constant and high mechanical properties. In addition, via analyzing the variation of dielectric constant and dielectric losses in the scope of testing frequency, we will discuss the mode of dielectric losses of the composites in detail, and study the addition amount of BNNTs how to affect the mode. Finally, the microstructure and crystalline phases of the composites will be examined thoroughly by XRD, TEM, HRTEM and FESEM analysis, and the structure, formation and stability of interface will be also studied completely.
