中文摘要: 利用木本油料植物制备绿色、清洁的生物柴油既能作为可替代能源使用又可增加油料植物的附加值。本课题以北方特有的油料植物文冠果的种仁油作为原料,采用超临界CO2耦合离子液体催化的方法制备生物柴油。此方法的优点在于减少界面传质阻力,提高反应扩散系数以及反应速度,催化剂选择性高、易于分离回收,产物收率增加。为了对此反应的应用提供理论依据,课题研究该反应体系的热力学行为,系统的测定在超临界CO2体系中,不同结构及组成的离子液体在原料中的相平衡数据,建立可准确预测不同条件下离子液体体系相平衡的热力学模型,揭示超临界CO2体系中反应物与离子液体相互作用的影响因素和变化规律。采用间歇式反应器考察不同反应条件下超临界CO2耦合离子液体催化制备生物柴油的反应规律,确定影响目标产物产率的关键因素,对特殊介质中制备生物柴油酯交换过程的反应动力学进行描述与计算。

英文摘要: Experiments were conducted investigate based on single factor experiments, the experiment mathematical model was arranged according to Box-Behnken central composite design , response surface methodology was used for optimizing the extraction technology of oil from Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge seeds,the optimum extraction conditions were as follows: extraction temperature for 58 ℃extraction time for 31min,the liquid/material ratio6:1(mL:g), under this conditions, the experimental yield of oil was 59.58%, and analysis the properties of oil from Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge seeds , the contents of the unsaturated fatty acids are 96.27% . The preparation of biodiesel from Xanthoceras sorbifolia seed oil by transesterification in supercritical methanol with catalyst of ionic liquid [C4MIm]HSO4 was discussed , established detection method of biodiesel by GC. The experimental results showed that a yield of 92.33% was achieved when the reaction was performed with a 42:1 molar ratio of methanol to Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge oil and [C4MIm]HSO4 content of 0.5wt % at 300℃for 11Mpa and 25 min . The catalyst can be used repeatedly. Based on the transesterification in supercritical methanol with catalyst of ionic liquid [C4MIm]HSO4 , process condition of biodiesel from Xanthoceras sorbifolia seed oil by transesterification in supercritical CO2 couple ionic liquid was discussed. The experimental data show that the reaction rate and fatty acid methyl ester yield increased significantly in the presence of CO2 When the molar ratio of methanol to Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge oil is 15 and the mass ratio of ionic liquid [C4MIm]HSO4 to oil is 0.01, 92.17% fatty acid methyl ester is obtained in the products after the reaction has taken place at 70℃and 11MPa for 80min.
