中文摘要: 近年来,我国大城市中哮喘发病率显著上升,哮喘患者症状加重,这一现象和大气环境变化紧密相关。污染大气中PM10、PM2.5、O3、NOx 和SO2 的浓度升高都可能加重或诱发哮喘;气象条件也可诱发哮喘或加重哮喘症状,同时,气象条件决定污染物在大气中的扩散与聚集,因此对人体的真实暴露情况起到关键作用。探讨大气污染和气象条件对哮喘人群的交互作用机制,识别敏感人群和高风险因素,对污染控制措施的制定、哮喘的防治都具有重要意义。本研究拟从选取北京地区有代表性的约150名哮喘患者作为研究基准人群,进行定群研究(panel study),深入分析其2014-2015 年间的发病情况、相关生物标记物、生理生化检测指标的变化情况,及其和大气污染物、气象条件变化的联系,深入探讨大气污染和气象条件在影响哮喘人群方面的交互作用机制。

英文摘要: In recent years, the morbility of asthma remanis increasing in large cities.This increasing may be correlated to air pollution. Increasing of PM10,PM2.5,O3,NOx and SO2 could exacerbate asthma symptoms;meteoraological factors decide the diffusion and aggregation of air pollutants and have key impacts to human exposure.In the mean time, some meteorological factors could be a trigger for asthma morbility.It is very important to evaluate the interactive impacts of air pollution and meteorological factors on asthma and to know the "susceptible population" and high risk factors for medical care and policy making. We will carry out a panel study of about 150 patients in Beijing, follow their morbility, biomarkers of oxidative stress and other physiological and biochemical indexes, and the relationship with the change of air pollution and meteorological factors to explore the interactive impacts between air pollution and meteorological factors on asthma.
