中文摘要: 针对传统真空变像管条纹相机存在的空间电荷效应和红外波段探测的不敏感性等问题,提出了一种新型的全光固态条纹相机。这种新型相机不但稳定性高、性能好,且光谱响应也扩展到了红外波段。并会在材料、物理、生物、化学等领域有着广泛的应用价值。 本课题组拟开展全光固态条纹相机的理论研究及工程设计研究。主要研究全光固态条纹相机的工作机理;设计包括光耦合系统,光偏转系统,泵浦光系统和读出系统在内的全光固态条纹相机系统;并对全光固态条纹相机的主要参数进行表征,进而提高关键技术指标;最终获得具有皮秒量级时间分辨率、1000-100000量级的可测量动态范围,0.9-25 微米红外光谱响应以及几百个皮秒量级可测量时间跨度的全光固体条纹相机。

英文摘要: Owing to the space-charge effect and infrared detection insensitivity existing for conventional vacuum streak tube camera, a new all-optical solid-state streak camera is demonstrated. This camera not only has high stability, good performance, and also has an extended infrared spectroscopic response.It will find wide range applications in the fields such as material, physics, biology, chemistry. Our group intends to carry out theoretical research and engineering design of all-optical solid-state streak camera. We will study the mechanism of all-optical solid-state streak camera, and design this new all-solid-state streak camera system, including optical coupling system, light deflection system, the pump light system and the readout system, and characterize the main parameters of all-optical solid-state streak camera so as to improve the key technical index. Ultimately, we can obtain an all-optical solid streak camera with picosecond-scale temporal resolution, 1000-100000 measurable dynamic range, 0.9-25 micron infrared spectral response range as well as a few hundred picoseconds measurable time-span.
