中文摘要: 神经递质分子去甲肾上腺素/肾上腺素(NE/E)及其降解酶单胺氧化酶A(MAOA)在肝癌发展过程中的作用未知。我们前期的研究结果表明在人肝癌组织中MAOA表达量显著下降,且MAOA的表达与肝癌的血管侵袭转移以及病人的预后密切相关,此外,我们已发现NE/E能够促进肝癌的侵袭转移,并有助于肝癌细胞逃避失巢凋亡,而过表达MAOA可抑制此作用。我们将进一步通过动物模型研究MAOA在体内肝癌侵袭转移中的作用,并深入研究其分子机制。本研究将阐明神经递质分子NE/E及其降解酶MAOA在肝癌侵袭转移过程中的作用及相关分子机制,进一步揭示肝癌侵袭转移和抗失巢凋亡的机理,为肝癌的防治提供新的思路和方案。

英文摘要: The role of neurotransmitter molecules noradrenaline/adrenaline (NE/E) and its′ degrading enzyme monoamine oxidase A (MAOA) in the development of hepatopcellular carcinoma (HCC) remain unknown. Our preliminary results showed that the expression level of MAOA in human hepatocellular carcinoma tissues significantly decreased, and MAOA was closely related to vascular invasion and survival of HCC. In addition, we have found that NE/E can promote the metastasis of HCC, and help it to escape anoikis. While over-expression of MAOA can suppress this effect. Further experiments in animal models were performed to investigate the role of MAOA in the metastasis of HCC, and uncover its underlying mechanism. This study illustrated the role of neurotransmitter molecules NE/E and its′ degrading enzymes MAOA in the metastasis of HCC and underlying mechanisms, further revealed the mechanisms of metastasis and anti-anoikis of HCC, which could provide a novel way for the prevention and treatment of HCC.
