中文摘要: 本项目旨在利用具有酸碱分离双功能的杂金属配合物作为催化剂解决目前环酯特别是乳交酯开环聚合反应研究中的难题。项目计划合成出一系列以大位阻多酚为配体的酸碱分离杂金属配合物,其中包括:碱金属-Al、碱金属-Mg/Ca/Zn、碱金属-稀土及碱金属-高价金属的酸碱分离杂金属配合物;合成具有纯手性的酸碱分离杂金属配合物。并将这些杂金属配合物用于催化乳交酯、己内酯等环酯类单体的开环聚合反应研究;研究配合物中不同金属之间的协同效应、手性环境、电子效应、位阻效应等对催化环酯开环聚合反应的影响;通过研究配合物晶体结构(特别是中间体的结构),总结出各种因素和催化环酯开环聚合反应之间的关系,并推导相关反应机理。最终希望得到高活性、高立体选择性、水敏感度较低的酸碱分离双功能杂金属配合物催化环酯开环聚合体系,并对体系进行再优化。

英文摘要: This project is aiming to solve the diffculties in the ring-opening polymerization of cyclic esters especially for the lactide using the bifunctional mixed metal complexes with seperated acid & base. A series of mixed metal complexes supported with bulky phenol ligands are designed in the project including: alkali metal-Al, alkali metal-Mg/Ca/Zn, alkali metal-Ln and alkali-high charged metal complexes; Pure chiral mixed metal complexes also are designed. All of these complexes will be applicated in the ring-opening polymerization of cyclic ester like lactide,lactone et al; the cooperation effects between the different metals, chiral environment effect,electron and steric effect will be studied for the catalytic ring-opening polymerization of cyclic esters; With the crystal structures especially the intermediate complex structures to deduce the relationship between some factors and catalytic ring-opening polymeriztion of cyclic esters, and to give the possible reaction mechanism. Finally a high active, high steric selective,low water sensitive catalytic system is expected for the ring-opening polymerization of cyclic esters especially for lactide with acid &base seperated bifunctional mixed metal complexes as catalyst, and further optimization will also be done.
