中文摘要: 项目针对青海盐湖化工企业发展中出现的破坏盐湖资源环境生态平衡的镁害问题,结合西部盐湖地区建筑材料受盐卤腐蚀破坏严重的状况,开展镁水泥钢筋混凝土承重材料的研究。项目拟采用盐湖镁害中排放的水氯镁石及西部地区原材料,进行镁水泥砂石混凝土的基本性能及配合比研究;采用涂层材料对钢筋进行防护,解决制约镁水泥钢筋混凝土应用的氯离子对钢筋的腐蚀问题,对镁水泥钢筋混凝土结构材料的耐腐蚀性能进行研究;模拟西部盐湖环境条件,耦合损伤因子,进行镁水泥钢筋混凝土的室内快速腐蚀破坏试验,得出镁水泥钢筋混凝土的耐腐蚀等级,建立盐湖地区镁水泥钢筋混凝土耐久性寿命预测方法。

英文摘要: Focusing on the magnesium harm issue that Qinghai Salt Lake appeared for the destruction of chemical enterprise development environment ecological balance of salt lake resources, and combining with the western region supplies Salt Lake brine corrosion damage seriously the situation, the research magnesium cement reinforced concrete load-bearing materials can be conducted. Project intends to adopt bischofite and western Salt Lake area of raw materials magnesium harm in emissions to study the basic properties of concrete and gravel with magnesium cement ratio; using a coating material for steel for protection and addressing the constraints magnesium cement concrete applications the chloride ions on steel corrosion, the corrosion resistance of magnesium cement reinforced concrete structure of the material can be studied; simulating environmental conditions west of Salt Lake and coupling damage factor, indoor corrosion of magnesium cement concrete rapid destruction test can be made, so that the magnesium cement corrosion resistance class of reinforced concrete can be obtained to build the Salt Lake area magnesium cement concrete durability life prediction method.
