中文摘要: 摆式悬挂转子可看成有阻尼摆与转子的结合。高速旋转的负载构成了阻尼摆的激振源,阻尼摆运动的多样性又决定了系统本身的复杂性。摆式悬挂转子常见于纺织、印染、化工、家电等相关产业中的悬挂类离心机构。由于转子工作转速很高,其动态性能的优化与减振抑噪的核心技术始终是相关厂家面临的难题。摆式悬挂转子的减振抑噪尤以洗衣机脱水机构的设计最为典型。随着技术的进步,磁流变阻尼器与被动平衡技术成为了水平轴摆式悬挂转子新型抑振策略发展趋势。本项目组拟以水平轴摆式悬挂转子工作稳定性与动力学特性的优化为核心研究内容,重点探讨以上两种策略的耦合作用机理及适用于该类转子自身特性的变阻尼悬挂系统半主动控制策略,搭建起新型抑振策略实验平台,建立起该类转子新型抑振策略的设计方法与准则,彻底解决该类转子新型抑振策略设计问题。本项目对提高相关企业自主创新能力,提升相关产品国际竞争力,促进相关行业发展等具有重要的作用和意义。

英文摘要: A pendular suspended rotator is the combination of a damped pendulum and a rotator. The damped pendulum is excited by the load of the rotator who rotates at a high rotation speed. Due to the pendulum's diversity of motion, this kind of mechanism can exhibit complex dynamic characteristics. A pendular suspended rotator can be usually found as a centrifugal machine employed in industries of textile, printing and dyeing, chemical engineering and household appliances. Because the rotation speed is quite high, the producers have been baffled by its dynamic optimization including vibration reduction and noise suppression for many years. A traditional design of the pendular suspended rotator is the centrifugal mechanism of a washing machine, with the development of technology, many new strategies such as the magneto-rheological damper and passive equlibrium method emergied for vibration supression of the horizontal axis suspended rotators. This project will focus on the working stability and dynamic optimization of the horizontal axis pendular suspended rotator,for doing this, the project will first explore the coupling effect of the two new strategies above, then develop an appropriate semi-active control strategy for the magneto-rheological damper, at last, construct an experimental platform for the horizontal axis
