中文摘要: 以聚二甲基硅氧烷作为光流控芯片的基片材料,在基片微流道中制作相干和非相干光源以及可变焦液芯柱透镜。将石英裸光纤置入含有染料溶液的微流道中构成激光或荧光通道,采用沿光纤轴向光泵浦,泵浦光在包层溶液中的消逝场激励激光增益或荧光的方式,在微流道中产生激光或荧光辐射。用楔形光纤和圆形微腔耦合的方式引出回音壁模式激光辐射;用耦合光纤对结构根据Vernier效应实现回音壁模式激光的单模辐射;用沿光纤轴向分段和分区域剥离包层的方法,实现消逝场激励的荧光沿光纤轴向的分段和分区域均匀辐射;在消逝场激励下,研究光纤界面上吸附层分子的荧光图像;将透明玻璃毛细管置入微流道中,用改变管内混合液体折射率的方法,在基片内制作可变焦液芯柱透镜。内置于光流控基片微流道中的新型光源和变焦液芯柱透镜项目的成功开展,可以在光流控芯片内光源的产生和光束的控制、消逝波激励下吸附层荧光分子的检测方面,开辟一条新的技术道路。

英文摘要: The proposal is aimed at fabricating a micro coherent and a non-cohenrent ligth sources as well as a micro liquid cylindrical lens with variable focus into a polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) chip. A bare quartz fiber will be inserted in a microfluidic channel filled with dye solution, forming a lasing or a fluorescence channel. Whispering-gallery-mode (WGM) lasing or fluorescence emission will emit out from the channel based on evanescent-wave pumped along the bare fiber's axis. A fiber prism will be used to couple WGM-lasing emission out of circular cavities built in the cross-sections of the bare quartz fiber. A coupled cylinder-cavity structure, fabricated by binding two bare optical fibers together, will be used to realize single mode WGM lasing emission based on Vernier effect. By means of stripping cladding layer of a quartz fiber at same positions along the fiber' axis, the fluorescence will emit out only from the specific positions. The fluorescent images of adsorbent molecules on a fiber surface will be investigated by excited with evanescent-wave. A transparency glass capillary that acts as a micro cylindrical lens will be buried into the PDMS chip, the focal length of the lens is variable by filling liquids with different refractive index into the core of the glass capillary. It will open a new technical way in optofluidic approach of light generation and light shaping/routing, if the project, that is the study on the micro light souce and liquid cylindrical lens with variable focus built into a PDMS chip, will be supported and carried out successfully.
