中文摘要: 掺镱光子晶体光纤是稀土掺杂特种光纤领域中的一个研究热点,研制高性能掺镱光子晶体光纤已成为提升高功率光纤激光器性能的主要途径,现有的制备技术无法克服镱离子掺杂浓度低、均匀性差等固有问题。本项目采用溶液掺杂与高频等离子体炉熔炼相结合的非化学气相沉积法制备掺镱石英玻璃,通过探索石英玻璃组成对镱离子掺杂浓度和光谱特性的影响规律,寻找镱离子高浓度掺杂的共掺方式,分析各种物理因素对掺镱石英玻璃形成的影响,建立掺杂与熔炼的物理模型,确定非化学气相沉积法制备掺镱石英玻璃的工艺条件和参数,制备出满足光子晶体光纤拉丝条件要求的高增益掺镱石英玻璃;并找出掺镱光子晶体光纤的特性与结构参数之间的变化规律,设计出多参数包层结构优化光纤性能。本项目是对稀土掺杂特种光纤制备技术更深入的探讨与完善,为高增益掺镱光子晶体光纤及高浓度稀土掺杂光子晶体光纤的研制提供理论指导和实验支撑,可推动高功率光纤激光器的技术进步与产业升级。

英文摘要: Yb-doped photonic crystal fiber is a research focus of rare earth doped special fiber field, and developping Yb-doped photonic crystal fiber with high performance has become a main way to raise high power fiber laser properties, heretofore the existing preparation technology of Yb-doped photonic crystal fiber preform is diffcult to overcome some inherent problems, such as low Yb-doped concentration, lack of homogeneity, and so on. Based on the nonchemical-vapor-deposition process which combined solution doping technique and plasma furnace smelting technique fabricate Yb-doped silica, and use it as the core materials of photonic crystal fiber, realize high gain Yb-dope photonic crystal fiber with high concentration doping.Through exploring the disciplinarian of the form of the Yb-doped silica has influence on the Yb-doped concentration and the spectral characteristics, looking for the codoping way to reach high concentration of Yb-doped. Through the analysis of the influence of various physical factors on the formation of Yb-doped silica, build the doping and melting physical model. Clarify the technological conditions and parameters of the nonchemical vapor deposition method for Yb-doped silica, and fabricate the high gain Yb-doped silica which satisfy the requirements of the photonic crystal fiber drawing.
