中文摘要: 近年来能源消耗过大和环境污染严重的问题日益突出,节能减排已被国务院列入七大战略新兴产业。空气压缩机在工业领域应用广泛,其用电量占全国总发电量的10%以上,而高速电机直驱的空压机可省去增速齿轮箱,体积缩小60-70%,节能20%以上,因此探索开发采用新材料和特殊结构的高效率、高集成度和高可靠性的高速电机及其控制技术已成为国内外的研究热点。在前期研究工作基础上,本项目提出了一种外永磁转子高速方波爪极电机,不仅具有传统高速永磁电机的所有优点,而且外转子结构便于实现空压机的一体化集成设计,减小了体积,提高了可靠性,采用方波供电能够突破变频器调制频率限制,提高电机转速,应用前景广阔。本项目将在定转子损耗计算、通风散热技术、动力学分析,优化设计和控制策略等方面进行研究,建立该电机完整系统的理论体系。项目研究不仅具有重要工程应用价值,且其理论研究成果和所解决的科学问题,亦具有非常重要的科学意义。

英文摘要: Recently the problem of excessive energy consumption and serious environment pollution are increasingly outstanding, energy saving has been involved in seven strategic emerging industries. The air compressor is widely used in more industrial areas, its electricity consumption representing more than 10% of the national generation, but the air compressor driven by high speed motor can remove gearbox, so its volume can decrease by 60-70%, and saving over 20% energy. Hence, the exploration and research of high speed motor and its key technologies, which have advantages of high reliability, efficiency and integration, become research focus of home and abroad. Based on preliminary study, the outer PM rotor claw pole high speed motor with square wave supply is proposed. It not only has all the advantages of conventional high speed PM motor, but also easily realizes integrated design due to outer rotor,so the high reliability and small size can be obtain. The limits of inverter maximum frequency are broken by square wave supply, so the motor speed is increased, and it has broad application prospects. In this project, the complete theoretical system of this kind of novel machine will be established through by the research on loss calculation at stator and rotor, ventilation and cooling, dynamics analysis, optimal design
