The correlative relationship and matching law between dynamics and model parameters of the impact systems with oscillatory and progressive motions are particularly studied from the system level by multi-parameter and multi-performance co-simulation analysis so that the vibro-impact motion forms and parameter reasonable matching corresponding to the maximum progressive rate can be ascertained, which will provide the theoretical basis and feasibility for the parameter optimization and dynamic comprehensive design of the impact-progressive systems. Based on the transition irreversibility of adjacent impact motions with fundamental period, the occurrence mechanism of a series of singular points and two types of transition regions (hysteresis and tongue-shaped regions) is studied, and the topology configuration and parameter unfolding of impact Poincaré map in the neighborhood of the singular point are revealed. Diversity and regularity of subharmonic impact motions in the tongue-shaped regions are studied, and the emergence behavior, correlated characteristic and competition rule of abnormal phenomena of impact vibration, occurring in the regions with the change in model parameters, are analyzed. The occurrence mechanism of incomplete and complete chattering-impact motions in low exciting frequency range is studied, and the influence of chattering-impact sequences, fundamental group of impact motions in low exciting frequency range and subharmonic impact motions in high exciting frequency range to impact-progressive rate is determined. As for the multi-process coupling of impact-progressive motions corresponding to the plastic impact case, the influence of multiple non-smooth events and sliding bifurcations to the quantity of fundamental group of impact motion with sticking in low exciting frequency range and sequence types and distribution regularities of subharmonic impact motions in high exciting frequency range is ascertained.
