中文摘要: 木框架外墙是由多种材料组合而成的复杂构造系统,不同气候条件作用下其性能表现,决定着建筑能耗和使用年限。为适应地域气候,必须开展木框架外墙调控机理研究,才能实现材料的科学选择和构造优化设计,从根本上解决外墙的高效节能与耐久问题。本研究将气候分析、调控机理与优化设计三者有机结合,通过地域气候特征定量分析,提出设计策略,然后进行现场实测、试验和模拟。研究热量传递、水蒸气扩散、雨水融水渗入、空气流动和渗透以及热湿变化,揭示调控机理。分析材料及组件配置对外墙整体系统功能的影响,进而通过性能预测评估,优化得到适于地域气候的木框架外墙设计。为我国竹木质工程材料及建筑构件的开发和利用提供科学依据,从而在建筑节能和低碳方面发挥重要作用。

英文摘要: Exterior wood frame wall is a complicated construction system made of various material. The energy consumption and service life of buildings depend on the performance of wall assemblies under diverse climatic conditions. The regulation mechanism of wood frame wall must be studied in order to select materials scientificly and optimize design construction, therefore energy efficiency and durability can be enhanced by designing exterior wall assemble systems that accommodate outdoor climates. In this study climate analysis, regulation mechanism and optimum design will be combined to develop the performance of exterior wall.Design strategy proposed is above the quantitative analysis on regional climate characteristics. The regulation mechanism will be revealed from the aspects of the heat transfer, water vapor diffusion, rain water infiltration, air flow and infiltration, and heat and moisture changes by means of field measurement, testing and simulation. Optimal design of wood frame exterior wall suitable for regional climates is based on the effect analysis of the each material to the overall system functions and performance assessment.
