中文摘要: 细胞与基质材料的黏附状况与人工植入材料的生物相容性是决定骨组织工程材料植入手术成功与否的关键。本项目主要采用多种成膜技术及水热合成手段在钛基表面构建出不同尺寸与结构的纳米薄膜,利用SEM、TEM、XRD等分析手段对材料的形貌及结构进行了表征;利用显微分析手段研究了成骨细胞在不同纳米构相表面黏附及增殖的过程,采用具有高灵敏度(纳克级)特点的石英晶体微天平(QCM)对成骨细胞的黏附和增殖过程进行了原位,动态和实时在线监测,探索了不同纳米构相与成骨细胞的特异性结合,筛选出了有利于成骨细胞黏附和增殖的基底。

英文摘要: The adhesion of cell on the implated materials and biocompatibility of artificial implant materials is to determine the key for surgery of bone tissue engineering. Nanostructured film were modified by hydrothermal synthesis method in the order to construct the nanofilm with different size and on the titanium substrate. The topography and structure of prepared materials was investigated by means of scanning electron microscope (SEM), transmission electron microscope (TEM), X-ray diffraction analyzer (XRD) and so on. Microscopic analysis has been used to study the process of adhesion and proliferation of osteoblasts on different surface. The dynamic and real-time on-line monitoring in situ for the process of adhesion and proliferation of osteoblasts was investigated by QCM with its high sensitivity features (nanogram level). The specific combination of nanostructure and of osteoblasts was explored,and the substrate was also been screened which was beneficial to adhesion and proliferation of osteoblasts.
