中文摘要: 碳排放权已成为排碳企业的一种重要资源和新的生产要素,是生产决策的关键因素之一。本项目以废钢铁再制造为主线,研究碳排放许可与交易下该再制造系统的生产计划与调度综合集成优化问题,它由再加工和再熔炼子系统构成。①分析两个子系统碳排放关键环节,构建碳排放计量模型,明确碳排放对生产计划与调度的影响;②基于碳权交易理论、约束理论,随机规划、模糊规划、广义析取规划等建立两个子系统及其它们之间的生产计划与调度综合集成优化多目标模型;③在碳排放许可与交易下,本项目研究的集成优化问题的求解更为复杂,如何有效构建高效算法、缩小搜索空间、减少运算难度成为研究关键所在,拟引入Pareto多目标优化方法,设计粒子群、极值进化、人工鱼群等混合智能优化算法进行求解。项目研究可以丰富流程工业再制造生产计划与调度理论,同时为废钢铁产业在制定再制造生产计划与调度方案时提供理论指导,为政府制定碳排放和再制造相关政策提供参考。

英文摘要: Carbon credits has become one of the important resources and a new factors of production, and it's one of the key factors in production decision. The project researches the comprehensive integrated optimization problem of production planning and scheduling in Iron and Steel Scrap remanufacturing system which is consisted by reprocessing and remelting subsystems and consider carbon emissions permits and transaction.①Analysing the two subsystems' carbon emissions key links, constructing their measurement model and making sure its influence to production planning and scheduling; ②Constructing the comprehensive integrated optimization models of the two subsystems' production planning and scheduling based on carbon trade theory, constraint theory, stochastic programming, fuzzy planning, generalized disjunctive planning; ③This integrated problem becomes more complex for considering carbon emissions permits and transaction, how to design high efficient algorithms is the key issue. This problem will be solved by combining using Pareto optimization method and designing mixed intelligent optimization algorithm integrated particle swarm, extremum evolution, artificial fish and so on.
