中文摘要: 忍冬科植物忍冬的干燥花蕾或带初开的花作为重要的一味中药材金银花,近年来市场需求量大增,价格持续走高。但目前市场上金银花质量参差不齐,这可能与忍冬栽培措施的选择有着密切的联系。修剪作为一种常用农艺措施可以提高金银花产量,但其与药材质量相关性及其影响机制一直没有得到充分的重视。本项目拟基于已有工作基础,全面系统的研究修剪方式对金银花生长特性、活性成分以及内源激素变化的影响,重点分析内源GA信号在其中发挥的重要作用,建立基于内源激素的修剪影响金银花产量及活性成分积累的基因调控网络,阐释修剪方式影响金银花活性成分积累的分子机制,为金银花规范化生产提供理论依据。

英文摘要: In recent years, drying buds or open flowers of Lonicera Japonicae Thunb. as an important blindly Chinese traditonal medicine Flos Lonicera Japonicae has an increasing market demand and an rising price. But the quality of Flos Lonicera Japonicae from market is uneven, it may be closely related to the choice of Lonicera Japonicae Thunb. cultivation measures. Pruning as an commonly agronomic measures can greatly increase the production of Flos Lonicera Japonicae, but its correlation quality and its influencing mechanism has not been sufficient attention. The project intent to study the pruning on the influence of growth characteristics, active ingredient and the change of endogenous hormone based on the previous work, we will focus on endogenous GA signal in which plan an important role. Gene regulatory network of pruning affecting the quliay and active ingredient of Floa Lonicera Japonicae will be established. The study will interpret the mechanism of pruning affecting the active ingredient of Flos Lonicera Japonicae, and provides the theoretical basis for standardization production.
