中文摘要: 肺癌严重威胁人类健康。如何找到肺癌各子型的典型标记物对于肺癌的准确诊断及有效治疗十分重要。本项目拟基于分子层次,构建能够反映肺癌各子型特征的系统模型,分析探讨寻找肺癌各子型标记物的算法。研究内容包括:(1)构建集肺癌多子型数据信息为一体的肺癌信息平台。(2) 基于因果关系分析及关联规则挖掘等方法,针对肺癌的每种子型构建系统模型。(3) 研究肺癌各子型标记物的识别算法,特别是研究识别引发肺癌子型产生的分子标记物、分子多元组标记物及网络标记物的算法。本项目的研究将不仅为标记物的识别提供新计算模型和算法,同时也将为早期准确地诊断肺癌、研制肺癌的新型靶向治疗药物提供帮助。

英文摘要: Lung cancer has threatened human health worldwide. It is important to find the tumor biomarkers of the subtypes of lung cancer for accurate diagnosis and effective treatment. In this project, we will construct the system models for the subtypes of lung cancer and design the algorithms to identify biomarkers at the molecular lever. The research contents include: (1) Construct a lung cancer information platform which involves the multi-source data of the subtypes of lung cancer. (2) Construct the system models for each subtype of lung cancer based on causal analytical methods and association rule mining methods. (2) Design the algorithms to identify the biomarkers of the subtypes of lung cancer, especially for molecular markers, multi molecular markers and network markers. The project will provide the new computational models and algorithms to identify tumor biomarkers and the clues for accurate diagnosis and effective drug treatment.
