中文摘要: 石墨烯-半导体粒子复合材料已在光催化领域中显示出了优越的性能和潜在的应用,然而目前所获得的这类复合物主要为粉末状物质,这对该材料的进一步加工、利用等方面带来了一定的局限。本项目拟在制备石墨烯-半导体粒子复合光催化剂的基础上,利用石墨烯自身特有的成膜性质,将复合物进行组装,获得具有光催化活性的自支撑石墨烯-半导体粒子复合膜;同时研究复合膜在染料的矿化、化合物的合成、光解水等光催化领域的性能;研究复合物的制备、膜的加工对自支撑膜的结构以及光催化性能的影响;利用元素掺杂、染料敏化、助催化剂等方法对复合物或膜进行改性,进而获得具有宽光谱响应、高量子效率的复合光催化膜;阐明复合物中各组成部分(石墨烯和半导体材料)在光催化反应中的作用;研究复合膜在光催化过程中的光吸收性能、电荷激发、分离、迁移和复合等过程,为发展基于石墨烯复合光催化体系提供实验和理论基础。

英文摘要: Graphene-semiconductor particle composites have displayed excellent properties and potential applications in photocatalytic areas. Nevertheless, most of these composites are powder samples, which limit their further process and use to some extent. In this project, we will utilize the unique film forming characteristic of graphene-based sheets to prepare self-standing graphene-semiconductor particle composite films. Two processes are carried out to obtain composite films including synthesis of graphene-particle composites and assembling these composites into self-standing films. Meanwhile, the photocatalysis properties of these films are evaluated, such as photodegradation of pollutants, synthesis of compounds and photocatalytic hydrogen production from water. We will study the influences of preparation processes of graphene-particle composites and self-standing films on the structure and the photocatalysis properties of as-obtained films. And different methods such as element doping, dye sensitization and cocatalysts will be carried out to modify the composites or/and films in order to obtain composite photocatalytic films with broad spectral response and high quantum efficiency.
