中文摘要: 肥胖是临床常见病以及多发病。腹部推拿作为其治疗手段之一,具有良好的临床疗效。本研究基于前期研究基础,以腹部推拿为干预手段,提出“腹部推拿借助脑-肠轴通路,通过腹部内脏神经丛完成信息传入,通过在中枢的神经信息整合,干预下丘脑弓状核-外侧隔核ghrelin神经通路表达,调控胃扩张,进而改善摄食功能紊乱,治疗单纯性肥胖”的理论假说,拟以高脂饲料喂养法建立模型,应用行为学指标进行效应观察,应用fMRI技术探索腹部推拿干预敏感区、应用放免技术观测胃组织以及下丘脑、隔核等脑组织中Ghrelin、GAS、NPY神经肽含量变化、应用HE染色观察干预前后各脑区形态结构变化,应用Western-Blot、RT-PCR检测技术,观察治疗前后对于下丘脑弓状核-外侧隔核ghrelin及其受体蛋白mRNA 表达的影响,综合以上研究结果加以对比分析。该项目将进一步深化腹部推拿基础研究,对促进推拿学科发展具有重要意义。

英文摘要: Obesity is a common clinical disease. Abdominal massage, as a means of treatment,has a good clinical effect.This research put forward the hypothesis that abdominal massage can treat the obesity through the abdominal visceral afferent nerve plexus complete information and regulation of dilatation of the stomach, and then improve the feeding function disorder based on the brain gut axis path. The study intended to establish the model by high fat feed method, application of behavioral indicators of effect observation, to explore the abdominal massage intervention sensitive area, the radioimmunoassay technique in hypothalamus, gastric tissue observation and septal nuclei in brain tissue, such as Ghrelin, GAS, NPY neuropeptide content changes by HE staining to observe the intervention of the areas of the brain morphology changes before and after the application of fMRI technology, the application of Western-Blot, RT-PCR detection technology, before and after treatment were observed for the effect of hypothalamic arcuate nucleus - lateral septal nucleus of ghrelin and its receptor expression of the mRNA protein, synthesized the above research results comparison. Basic research on abdominal massage will further deepen the project, it has important significance for promoting the development of the subject of massage.
