中文摘要: 分布式电源系统的动态和稳态控制是保障系统稳定可靠供电的基础,储能设备是实现控制的途径。现有关于分布式电源系统控制的研究常忽略储能设备自身的功率输出能力。本项目通过分析分布式电源系统控制特性和效果与储能设备输出功率之间的定量关系,研究适用于动态过程和稳态运行的储能设备的功率配置的思路和方法,并提出提升储能设备输出功率能力的措施。包括:分布式电源系统中并网/孤岛的切换与储能设备功率配置关系的研究,孤网含谐波负载情况下储能设备功率配置的研究,一种储能设备中快速升压电路拓扑和控制方法的研究,稳态负载不平衡时新拓扑对直流侧功率波动抑制功能的研究。本项目将结合实际分布式电源示范系统来研究储能设备的功率输出问题,以期在储能设备功率配置理论中提供一种新的思路和方法,同时为解决功率输出能力问题提供一种新的解决途径。

英文摘要: The control of dynamic state and steady state in distributed power system is the base of stable and reliable power supply. The energy storage equipment can realize this function. However, the power output capacity of the energy storage equipment is usually neglected in the research of control. This project will analyze the power design criterion and management of the dynamic state and the steady state of the energy storage equipment through the quantitative relationship between the control characteristics or results and the power of the energy storage equipment. Then, a solution method to promote the power output capacity is presented. So, the research contents are shown below: the research on the power design criterion and management of the energy storage equipment under the condition of the grid/island dynamic transfer, the research on the power design criterion and management of the energy storage equipment with the harmonic current load, the research on a new topology and control strategy with a function of fast step-up voltage, the research on the power balance of the DC side based on the new topology under the unbalanced load condition of the steady state.
