中文摘要: 信号盲检测对突发短帧信号(SBD)系统的快速高质接收起关键作用,但已有信号盲检测方法均对于该特定问题的研究不足。在前期工作基础上,发现"核函数"思想和"吸引子动态系统"对于解决该问题提供潜在思路。该项目根据SBD系统的固有特点,从时间状态连续域的非线性动力角度出发,提出基于储备池计算(RC)方法的"短数据帧""统计信息失真""实时性"SBD信号的直接盲检测方法。项目不遵循RC的权阵随机生成机制,提出根据接收端信号子空间角度设计储备池权值的方法;对于信号直接盲检测的特定问题,完成尖峰和连续多阈值Sigmoid非线性读出函数的设计和选用的准则;通过核函数思想构造读出权值矩阵的优化性能函数和更新准则。项目的实施预计为SBD系统的直接盲检测提供一种崭新思路,并揭示出RC方法可有效解决SBD盲检测问题的内在数理本质。

英文摘要: Blind signal detection technology is important to the fast and high-quality reception of signals in the short burst data(SBD) systems, but those existing blind signal detection approaches are not applicable to the specific problem.Based on the results of our antecedent works, the kernel function and attractor dynamic systems provide potential ideas for solving this problem. Considering the inherent characteristics of the SBD systems and introducing the ideas of Reservoir Computing (RC), this project is focus on discovering a blind signal detection directly approach from the continuous-time and continuous-value nonlinear dynamic perspective. It owns the ability to fit those SBD systems which have characteristics of short data, statistical information distortion and real-time signals. We do not follow the mechanism that these RC weight matrixes are generated randomly, the reservoir weight matrix will be devised using the receiving signal subspace. For the specific problem of blind detection, the criterion of designing and selecting the nonlinear readout functions (e.g. spiking function and continuous multi-valued Sigmoid function) will be concluded.
