中文摘要: 针对高压电器需完成的补偿设备投切、空载线路的开合以及隔离开关的分合闸操作等任务时产生的多次重燃电弧过程,以及短路开断时零区小电流电弧,开展高气压SF6气体中暂态、高频、非平衡态等离子体电弧研究。以动力论的方法为基础,建立不同阶次下的电子与粒子间的非弹性碰撞模型和电子与处于激发状态粒子间的超弹性碰撞模型,获得高气压SF6 电弧等离子体非平衡态向平衡态过渡的特征时间-驰豫时间。从等离子体内各粒子之间的碰撞项出发,确定各输运过程的输运系数:电导系数、热导系数、粘滞系数、扩散系数等。应用光谱分析方法,实验研究高气压SF6电弧等离子体的非平衡发展过程。建立高气压SF6气体中电弧产生和熄灭过程非平衡态电弧数学模型,通过对微观参数和宏观参数的相关性研究,初步提出对电弧的智能控制方法,满足智能电网选择性开断操作要求,提高高压电器操作可靠性。

英文摘要: To the multi-reigniting arc processes caused by switching compensation device、closing no-load line、switching disconnectors and the small current arc of short circuit current interrupting zero zone, the research on transient high frequent non-equilibrium arc plasma in SF6 gas with high pressure is carried out. Based on the Dynamics theory, the non-elastic collision model between the electronics and the particles in different steps and the super elastic collision model between the particles in excited states are build up, the characteristic time of arc plasma transiting from non-equilibrium state to equilibrium state - the relaxation time is get. From the perspective of collision term between particles, the transport coefficients:conductance coefficient、thermal conductivity coefficient、viscosity coefficient、diffusion coefficient are get. With spectral diagnostic methods, the development process of non-equilibrium arc plasma in SF6 gas with high pressure are analyzed. The mathematical models of non-equilibrium SF6 arc in the development and the extinguishment processes are build up.
