中文摘要: 针对样品pH值、Eh、有机质等基体特征与待测目标碘形态的不同,着重开展土壤和陆地植物样品碘形态分析样品前处理研究,建立土壤及陆地植物样品中痕量碘形态分析方法。通过综合比较野外样品在运输、干燥、保存过程中温度、湿度、光照等对样品碘形态分析结果的影响,确定适宜的样品采集干燥保存方法,为探索碘的生物有效性及从形态学角度研究碘的土壤圈环境地球化学循环及迁移转化规律提供重要的技术支持。

英文摘要: The aims of the project are to develop pretreatment methods and to establish methods for iodine speciation analysis in soil and plant samples with different matrix such as pH, Eh and organic matter. The impact of iodine speciation stability with temperature, humidity and light in the process of samples transportation, drying and preservation will be discussed. The optimal sampling method will be confirmed according to the results of the study. This research will provide important technical supports for exploring biological effectiveness of iodine and researching on iodine geochemical cycle and migration transformation rule.
