中文摘要: 随着新材料技术和纳米技术的飞速发展,纳米尺度自旋电子器件已成为世界各国所追求的新型器件。由于器件尺寸达到纳米数量级,因此其功率密度也成倍增长。铁磁电极是自旋极化输运和自旋注入研究中的重要材料之一。因此,铁磁电极-量子点耦合系统电流发热机理的研究成为凝聚态物理学中一个科学问题,具有重要意义。本项目将运用非平衡格林函数理论研究铁磁电极-量子点耦合系统的电流发热机理。基于非平衡格林函数方法,我们可以得到包含铁磁电极信息的电流发热公式,从而讨论如下三个问题:(1)铁磁电极-量子点耦合系统在自由区的发热机理;(2)铁磁电极在库仑区对体系电流发热的影响;(3)铁磁-量子点耦合系统在Kondo区的电流发热行为。通过该项目的研究,不仅能完善当前的基础理论,而且在自旋器件的研发方面,也能提供有价值的参考。

英文摘要: With the rapid development of nanotechnology, nanoscale spintronic devices have become a global pursuit of new devices. The power densities of the devices increase rapidly due to the size of them reaching to the nanometer. Ferromagnetic electrodes is an important material in the study of spin-polarized transport and spin injection.Therefore,the researches of heat generation in ferromagnetic leads-quantum dot coupled system become a significant scientific problem in condensed matter physics. We study the heat generation in ferromagnetic leads-quantum dot coupled system by nonequilibrium Green's functions. We can obtain the formula of heat generation by this method and then discuss the following questions:(1)the heat generation in the ferromagnetic leads-quantum dot coupled sytem without Coulomb interaction;(2) the effect of the ferromagnetic leads on heat generation in Coulomb blockade regime;(3)how the heat generation affected by the combined effet of Kondo effet and ferromagnetic leads .Through this research, we can not only improve the basic theory of mesoscopic physics, but also provide valuable reference to the devices' research and development.
