中文摘要: CFD-DEM稠密气固流动模型的研究已成为研究热点之一,而将该模型应用于流化床O2/CO2燃烧领域的研究也日益受到学术界的关注。然而,由于流化床中颗粒碰撞、传热和燃烧时间尺度不同,导致建立的CFD-DEM反应流模型整体过程的耦合困难。此外,迄今为止,模型研究尚缺乏详细的流化床热态实验数据验证,阻碍了该模型的深入研究及应用。为此,本项目将以二维热态可视化流化床实验系统为平台,研究并获得O2/CO2气氛下,煤和焦炭颗粒燃烧过程的详细实验数据;同时,基于"解耦"思想,将CFD-DEM模型和传热、燃烧过程耦合,实现颗粒尺度上流化床内稠密气固流动、传热和燃烧全过程的数值模拟和模型验证,克服传统流化床燃烧模型假设条件多或假设与实际过程偏差大的缺点。期望通过本项目的工作为CFD-DEM流化床O2/CO2燃烧模型的深入研究和发展奠定理论基础,并深入揭示O2/CO2流化床条件下煤及焦炭颗粒的燃烧机理。

英文摘要: The investigation on dense gas-solid flow model has become a hot issue. More attention has been paid to the application of the model to O2/CO2 fluidized bed combustion However, due to the different time scales of particle collision, heat transfer and combustion in fluidized beds, it is difficult to couple these processes into CFD-DEM reactive flow model. Moreover, experimental data is insufficient to verify the simulation results, hindering the development and application of the model. Thus, the proposed project aims at obtaining detailed experimental data of coal and char particles combustion under O2/CO2 atmosphere in a visual 2D fluidized bed. Meanwhile, coupling the CFD-DEM model with heat transfer and combustion processes will be carried out based on the idea of "time-splitting". The simulation results will be compared with the experimental data in the 2D fluidized bed to verify the CFD-DEM reactive model. The developed model overcomes the disadvantages of conventional fluidized bed combustion model in which the deviation between assumptions and actual conditions is significant. This project will establish a theoretical foundation for the investigation and application of CFD-DEM model on oxy-fuel combustion, and reveal the mechanisms of coal particle combustion under O2/CO2 atmosphere in fluidized beds.
