中文摘要: 本项目拟使用拉曼光谱和新颖的拉曼光谱除谱分析手段定量地研究盐溶液,有机物水溶液及其混合物的微观结构。第一,使用拉曼光谱除谱分析各种盐水溶液的OH伸缩振动段拉曼光谱,再结合盐本身的特征拉曼光谱,定量的给出水分子在第一水合层中的数目及其排列情况,离子对的结构和浓度,进一步分析温度,浓度,电场对这些微观结构的影响。第二,使用拉曼光谱除谱分析各种有机物水溶液的OH伸缩振动谱段的拉曼光谱,再结合有机物特征的偏振拉曼光谱,定量的给出有机物周围水分子的数目和排列情况,非均匀溶解结构,进一步分析浓度,温度对这些微观结构的影响。第三,使用拉曼光谱除谱分析盐/有机物/水混合溶液的OH伸缩振动段拉曼光谱,再结合其它谱段光谱,定量的给出水分子在这些溶质周围的排列情况等微观结构,分析它们复杂的相互作用。通过本项目,希望最终能够给出盐溶液,有机物水溶液及其混合溶液的微观物理化学图像。

英文摘要: In this proposal we employ Raman spectroscopy and the novel division spectra analysis method to quantificationally study the micro-structure of aqueous salts, organic compounds and their mixtures. Firstly, we use the division spectra to analyze the Raman spectra in the OH stretching region of various aqueous salts, and the characteristic Raman spectra of the salts, from the analysis we can quantificationally obtain the number of the water molecules in the first hydration shell of salts and their spatial arrangements, the structure and concentration of ion pairs, further more we analysis the effects to the microstructrue by temperature, concentration and the electric fields. Secondly, we apply the division spectra to analyze the Raman spectra in the OH stretching region of various aqueous organic compounds, and the fingerprint region of the spectra of these compounds, according the analysis we can quantificationally obtain the the number of water molecules around the the organic compounds and the spatial arrangements, further we analysis the effect to the microstructure by the concentration and the temperature. Thirdly, we use the division spectra to analyze the raman spectra of salts/organic compounds/water mixtures, we can quantificationally obtain the arrangments of the water molecules around the solutes and other micro-structrue, and the effect to the structure by temperature and concentration will be analyzed. Through this proposal, we hope we can understand the microscopic physical chemical pictures of these aqueous solutions.
