中文摘要: 在呼吸过程中,肺部组织的电阻抗参数对肺内含气量变化十分敏感。基于电阻抗特性随通气量变化而变化的机理,通过对人体体表粘贴单/多层电极阵列,注入安全激励电流,测量体表边界电压信号,经图像重建,在计算机屏幕上再现场域内部阻抗分布图像,为临床提供肺部组织或器官的生理或病理信息。由于电阻抗成像技术具有无损、便携等优势,在二维EIT技术研究中已取得一定成果,但构建的均是平面断层图像,尚不能反映真实的三维空间阻抗分布状况。 鉴于人体胸腔是不规则体,且个体差异明显,拟研究融合结构信息和先验电导率信息的三维电阻抗图像重建方法,包括:构建三维EIT空间模型、设计电极传感器阵列、优化三维激励测量模式、重构三维图像算法研究等。课题创新点体现在:结合胸腔结构特点,按时间序列提取CT二维图片边界及内部结构信息,构建3D阻抗模型,并重建三维图像。希望通过本课题研究,为床旁无创监护提供一种三维动态监测方法。

英文摘要: The electrical impedance is very sensitive to the air volume within lungs during the respiration. Based on the principle that the electrical impedance is changed with the ventilation, the impedance distribution within the throax can be reconstructed by the measured data from the boundary after injecting safe excitation current on the electrodes attached on the surface of the object in one or two layers. Reconstructed by an algorithm, an image can be displayed on the screen of PC offering rich physiological or pathological information about lungs. Due to non-invasive and portable advantages of electrical impedance tomography, a greatful achievements are reported. But the images can only supply the distribution within a plane layer,which can not reflect the real distribution in three dimensions. AS the shape of a human throax is unregular and different from each other, the objective of this proposal is focus on studying the three-dimension reconstruction method by EIT. It covers the tasks as constructing the 3D EIT model,designing electrode array,optimizing the working pattern and reconstructing the 3D images.
