中文摘要: 面向普惠金融的互联网金融高速发展,却面临严峻的信任危机;根本原因在于现有互联网金融模式缺乏完备的信任机制。通过对互联网金融模式的信任维度研究,提出基于制度的信任、基于个性特征的信任与基于声誉的信任相互融合的三维信任机制;进行开放、平等、协作、分享的互联网精神与金融五要素重构研究,将信任机制和公共价值融入商务模式理论,提出基于客户价值+公共价值+信任机制的十维互联网金融模式理论和五层互联网金融标准化理论模型;建立参与者全面互信的互联网金融三维信任机制理论;提出基于三维信任机制的互联网金融交易机制设计方法论;金融消费者与贷款人作为互联网金融交易的决策者,建立基于三维信任机制的贷款人信任感知与交易决策综合评价模型,提出构建基于三维信任机制的互联网金融借款人信用体系及信息共享机制;针对互联网金融模式的网商和整体,分别建立互联网金融消费者信任感知与交易决策综合评价模型,并进行仿真与实证研究。

英文摘要: Inclusive finance oriented Internet Finance is enjoying its high-speed development, but it is also facing serious a crisis of confidence. The basic reason is the lack of a complete trust mechanism for the existing Internet Finance mode. According to the research of the trust dimension of the Internet Financial mode, we put forward a three-dimensional mutual trust mechanism which is the fusion of system-based trust, characteristics-based trust and reputation-based trust. Considering the spirit of the Internet, open, equal and cooperation, sharing, we research the reconstruction of the five elements of finance, add trust mechanism and public value into the business mode theory, and propose ten-dimensional Internet Finance mode theory and five-layers Internet Finance standardized theory model based on customer value + public value + trust mechanism. We build Internet Finance three-dimensional trust mechanism theory with participants' completely mutual trust. We propose an Internet Finance trading mechanism design methodology based on three-dimensional trust mechanism. We construct a comprehensive evaluation model of the lenders' trust perception and trading decision-making based on three-dimensional trust mechanism, financial consumers and lenders as decision-makers of the Internet Finance transactions. We put forward the Internet Finance credit system and information sharing mechanism based on three-dimensional trust mechanism. In view of the e-businessmen and the entirety of Internet financial mode, we respectively establish a comprehensive evaluation model of Internet finance consumers' trust perception and trading decision-making, and conduct a simulation and empirical study.
