中文摘要: 随着Web服务数量的不断增加,为用户推荐和选择最优的Web服务已成为服务计算领域内最重要的挑战之一。针对当前Web服务推荐算法情境或信任缺失的不足现状,本项目拟提出一种融合情境与群体信任的Web服务推荐方案,并在Web服务推荐应用场景下提出非对称群体兴趣相关性的新概念。该方案基于协同过滤思想,将非传统群体信任关系引入Web服务推荐,构建基于非对称群体兴趣相关性的群体信任数据模型,系统地考虑情境因素和群体信任等级对Web服务推荐准确性的影响,并采用理论和实证研究相结合的方法开展多方面的研究。本项目将在基于情境的群体聚类算法设计、基于非对称群体兴趣相关性的群体信任数据模型建模、群体信任等级算法设计、融合情境与群体信任的Web服务质量预测算法设计等方面形成创新。本项目的研究意义在于丰富Web服务推荐系统理论,为服务计算环境下基于情境和群体信任推荐系统的应用提供一些新的解决方法和技术手段。

英文摘要: As the number of Web services surges rapidly, recommending and selecting optimal Web services for users has become one of the most challenging research issues in the field of services computing. To overcome the absence of context or trust in Web service recommendation, this project proposes an approach for Web service recommendation by merging context and group trust, and a new concept named asymmetric interesting correlation of group is proposed in Web service recommendation. In this approach, the non-traditional relationship of group trust is introduced into Web service recommendation using collaborative filtering, asymmetric interesting correlation of group based data model for group trust is constructed, and the effect of context and group trust on recommendation accuracy will be considered systematically, multiple steps of this approach are carried out by combining theoretical and empirical research. The innovations of this project include: context-based group clustering algorithm designing; asymmetric interesting correlation of group based group trust data modeling; rank algorithm designing for group trust; quality of service value prediction algorithm designing by merging context and group trust. The significance of this project is as follows: it can enrich the Web service recommendation theory and provide some new theoretical solutions and technological means to the application of context-based and group trust recommendation system.
