中文摘要: 在微博、社交网站、博客、网络论坛等在线社会网络中,个体间存在多种类型且相互影响的社会关系,这种异质关系网络中存在着大量不同尺度的社区结构,社区结构与用户群体行为密切相关,分析异质关系网络的多尺度社区结构对网络舆情分析、社会化信息推荐等应用具有重要的价值。然而,异质关系网络中多种关系的相互影响使得社区形成的机制十分复杂,而且这类网络的社区结构呈现出的多尺度、重叠、动态变化等特征,使得有效发现并分析异质关系网络的社区结构非常困难。本项目主要研究异质关系网络中关系的融合表示及关联分析、多尺度社区发现方法、社区结构与网络信息传播动力学的关系,旨在发现异质关系网络中社区结构的稳定性规律及其对网络信息传播影响。

英文摘要: In online social networks, such as microblogging, social networking services, blogs and BBS, individuals interact with each other by a broad range of social and economic relationships. These networks are generally called heterogeneous networks with the consideration that multiplex relationships are highly diverse in nature and usually influence each other. In these networks, multi-scale community structure coexists and constrains the collective behaviors of individuals. The analysis of multi-scale community structure in heterogeneous networks is crucial to various applications, including public opinion awareness, socialized search, information recommendation. However, the mechanism behind the emergence of communities is very complex due to the influence among different relationships. Furthermore, the communities in heterogeneous networks are often overlapped and highly dynamic. This poses great challenge to the analysis of community structure in heterogeneous networks. In this proposal, we study the analysis of multi-scale community structure in heterogeneous networks. We first investigate the influence and the integration of multiple networks with different relationships.
