中文摘要: 稀土离子的光控释放可实现稀土离子定量、定点、定时的控制释放,能够降低传统给药方式引起的毒副作用,对研究稀土离子的生理功能机制,控制稀土离子诱导的生理响应以及开发稀土离子潜在的医用价值都具有十分重要的意义。本项目拟开展稀土镧离子光控释放分子体系的构筑及反应机理研究,主要研究内容包括三个方面:(1)通过对释放体系分子的设计合成、结构优化实现配体与镧离子的高效络合以及镧离子的高效光控释放;(2)通过对镧离子光控释放的反应动力学表征实现对镧离子光控释放过程的实时监测及其光控释放机理的深入探究;(3)通过体外实验初步评价镧离子光控释放体系的应用价值。本项目的研究结果将为稀土在医药领域的应用以及在分子、基因水平上研究稀土对机体的作用机制提供新的研究思路和理论基础。

英文摘要: Photo-controlled release of rare earth ions can be used to control the quantity, location,and time of rare earth ions release,it can reduce the side effects caused by the traditional mode of administration. It has great significance in studying the physiological functions of the rare earth ions, controlling rare earth ion-induced physiological response and developing the potential value of rare earth ions in medical science. The project intends to carry out the design and mechanism of lanthanum ion photo-controlled release system, the main research contents include: (1) achieving the target of efficient complexation of ligand with lanthanum ions and efficient lanthanum ions photo-controlled release through the design and structural optimization of photo-controlled release molecular system; (2) exploring the mechanism and real-time monitoring the process of lanthanum ions photo-controlled release through characterization of lanthanum ions photo-controlled release kinetics; (3) preliminarily evaluating the application of lanthanum ions photo-controlled release system in medical science by in vitro experiments.
